SYS Technologies Selected by Navy SPAWAR for Five-Year, $11 Million Contract.

SAN DIEGO -- SYS Technologies (AMEX:SYS), a leading provider of information connectivity solutions that enable real-time, complex decision-making, announced today that its Defense Solutions Group has been awarded an $11 million, five-year task order to support the Navy's Space and Naval Warfare System Command (SPAWAR).

SYS is the prime contractor on this contract and will provide systems engineering support, architecture reviews and assessments, requirements analysis, and system/capability-based assessment support. The assessments are expected to evaluate the Department of the Navy's war fighting capabilities and vulnerabilities and to develop analyses that will ensure the Navy has an impartial assessment to ensure its role is executed as defined by the National Military Strategy.
