SYGMA NETWORK BULLISH ON LANCASTER CONSTRUCTION PLANS MORE THAN DOUBLED.Byline: Jim Skeen Staff Writer LANCASTER - In a move that would bring about 350 jobs to the region, a restaurant-supply company has decided to more than double the size of a distribution center planned in Lancaster, company and city officials said Tuesday. Initially projected to cost about $7.5 million, the center will likely cost $15 million or more, Marshall said. The first part of the center is already under construction. The project will be the third in Lancaster's Fox Field Industrial Corridor between the Antelope Valley Freeway The Antelope Valley Freeway is a freeway in Los Angeles and Kern counties in southern California.
