LANCASTER - A restaurant-supply company will complete an expansion of its new Lancaster distribution center this spring, more than doubling its operation to 230,000 square feet and setting the stage for job growth, company officials said. SYGMA Network Inc., a subsidiary of the Fortune 500 company SYSCO SYSCO Systems and Services Company , expects to complete the expansion of its distribution center near Avenue G and 50th Street East by April 1. The company started construction of a 110,000-square-foot center last April, but decided to expand almost as soon as the facility was completed last fall. ``We are expecting to continue to grow at our facility,'' said Jim Stencel, company vice president. The company, which started its Lancaster operations in December, employs about 120 workers.
