Sara Sun has developed a reputation throughout her career at Crescenta Valley The Crescenta Valley is a small inland valley in Los Angeles County, California. Its name derives from its crescent-like shape, with the convex portion facing roughly northeast and the concave portion southwest.  High of La Crescenta as a big-meet swimmer.

After nearly a two-month layoff since her last meet, the senior couldn't have picked a more prestigious event to make her return to competition than the 13th-annual Janet Evans Janet Elizabeth Evans (born August 28, 1971) is a record-breaking American competitive swimmer.

Born in Placentia, California, Evans started competitive swimming as a child. By the age of 11 she was setting National Age Group records in the longer events.

The four-day meet, which begins at 5 p.m. today at USC's McDonald's Swim Stadium, is the last of five events on the U.S. Grand Prix circuit Grand Prix Circuit is a motor racing computer game released for the ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64 and Amstrad CPC. It was first released in 1987 by Accolade. For PC, it was released in 1988[1].  this summer.

Sun, who last raced May 16 at the Southern Section Masters meet, leads a group of more than 40 area swimmers scheduled to compete. The two-time Daily News Swimmer of the Year will try to match her talents against a field that features 11 U.S. Olympians and several international standouts, including 10 members of the Chinese women's national team The examples and perspective in this article or section may not represent a worldwide view of the subject.

 Swim Meet of Champions or any other Grand Prix events in order to rest her body following a demanding high school season that culminated with her winning two Southern Section Div. I titles and a pair of Masters championships.

``For the first time in my career, I realized I needed to take a break,'' said Sun, one of many area standouts competing for Swim Pasadena.

``I could have gone to those meets and given an 80 percent effort, but it was more important for me to take the time off and come back rested, so I could give it my best.''

Sun is scheduled to compete in four events at the meet, which is the final tune up before the Conoco Phillips Senior National Championships and Speedo Junior Nationals in August.
