VALENCIA - Two Kern County men were arrested Thursday afternoon on suspicion of using fake credit cards and identifications to buy nearly $3,100 worth of goods at three Valencia department stores This is a list of department stores. Doy Scott, 34, of Bakersfield and Frederick Brookins, 38, of Delano were booked on suspicion of possession of counterfeit access card, forgery, conspiracy and fraud, Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It operates approximately 40 company owned stores in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, with new stores opening soon in Utah, with the first at Jordan Landing.
