SUSPECT ARRESTED AT BAIL-BOND FIRM.

LANCASTER - A Lancaster man was arrested early Wednesday after barging into a bail-bond office and yelling yell

An employee escaped unharmed from Herman's Family Bail Bonds A written promise signed by a defendant or a surety (one who promises to act in place of another) to pay an amount fixed by a court should the defendant named in the document fail to appear in court for the designated criminal proceeding at the date and time specified.  at 432 W. Lancaster Blvd. after the man stormed in shortly before 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, deputies said.

``He came in yelling and screaming and throwing property around,'' Lt. Wallace Fullerton said.

Deputies who responded to the employee's call said they saw the man inside crawling around, hiding behind desks and generally behaving strangely.

After the man ignored repeated orders to come out, a special-weapons team and police dogs were summoned.

After about 15 minutes, the man came out and was taken into custody. He did not have a gun and appeared to have no connection to the bail firm.
