Surgical Safety Products, Inc., (OTCBB:SURG) and its information technology division, Oasis Information Exchange (OIX), announced Imagyn Medical Technologies as a major sponsor and content provider for the December launch of www.OasisOR.com.

Imagyn (www.imagyn.com), headquartered in Irvine, Calif., is a recognized leader in designing, manufacturing and marketing of differentiated medical products for minimally invasive surgical applications in general surgery, gynecology and urology. Imagyn has pioneered such procedures as microlaparoscopic cholecystectomy, tubal sterilization and diagnostic laparoscopy.

SURG recently announced a strategic move that improved the delivery of their information exchange from touch screen hardware called "TouchPorts" in hospitals to a web-centric application called Oasis Information Exchange. OIX will launch its first web "storefront" this fall for operating room personnel under the name www.OasisOR.com. This agreement will allow OasisOR.com members direct access to vital Imagyn product information, including multimedia tutorials.
