Rockies outfielder Dustan Mohr Dustan Kyle Mohr (born June 19, 1976 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi) is an outfielder in Major League Baseball who last played for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Freel plays second base, third base, and all three outfield positions.  was charged with drunken driving, careless driving and an open container in a vehicle following a victory against the New York Mets
