The team's videotaped first places in three National Dance Alliance competitions have qualified it for the American Cup Classic. Starting May 18 in Dallas, judges will view all three videotapes from every team that qualified. The winner of that judging will be announced at the end of May. At the West Coast Classic competition at Disneyland in March, the Valley Christian team took first place in the varsity kick contest and second place in the small-varsity pom category.
