SUMMIT TAX EXEMPT BOND FUND, L.P.

 NEW YORK, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The General Partners of Summit Tax Exempt Bond Fund, L.P. (AMEX: SUA) announced today a $.21 distribution per BUC for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 1992, which will be payable on or about Feb. 12, 1993 to investors of record on Dec. 31, 1992. This distribution represents the 13th consecutive quarter in which at least a $.21 per BUC distribution has been made to investors.
