STUDENTS' POSTERS WIN FOR HORSE SAFETY EVENT.

Students from Chatsworth Park Elementary, Germain Street School and Sierra Canyon School participated in an equestrian equestrian

 safety art contest, sponsored by the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council Equestrian Committee for Equestrian Safety Month, which is coming up in April.

The winning posters, which promote horse safety, will be on display April 17 at Peppertree Ranch, 21031 Chatsworth St., and April 24 at the Chatsworth Historical Garden Festival at Hill-Palmer Homestead Homestead.

Honorable mention went to Sean Braish, Raul Ivan Camas Jr. and Breanna Simien. of Chatsworth Park; Dominic Babayora and Fumika Kotobuki of Germain Street; and Gina Devitis, Ashkan Farida, Shilpa Mantri, Nico Morigi, Daniel Rassp, Hayley Schneider and Megan Watson of Sierra Canyon.
