STROOCK & STROOCK & LAVAN AND PRINCIPAL CHOOSE E-COGNITA'S STREAMLOANER.

E-COGNITA TECHNOLOGIES, INC., BIRMINGham, Michigan, has announced that Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, LLP, will be the inaugural user of Version 2.5 of e-Cognita's Streamloaner [TM] commercial real estate process management software. In addition, e-Cognita has announced that Principal Financial Group [R], Des Moines, Iowa, will implement Streamloaner as a beta test for Principal Capital Real Estate Investors, its Principal Capital [SM] subsidiary. Streamloaner's browser-based software works within and between businesses to automate and streamline the entire loan and service delivery process--from underwriting through closing, to portfolio or sale--according to the company.
