STREET VENDORS CALLED ILLEGAL CITY CODE TO BE ENFORCED BY DEPUTIES ON WEEKENDS.

NEWHALL - Illegal vendors hawking Mother's Day gifts along San Fernando Road San Fernando Road is a major street in the city and county of Los Angeles.
