Pricing of the clips is based on time and quality. Three seconds of top-quality sound would cost $1.30 while four minutes of African background clips would go for $13. Sound Ideas, which calls itself the world's largest sound effects publisher, and Sound Dogs are co-producing a five-CD collection called ``Larger Than Life larg·er than life adj.
