STG Appoints Jeffrey R. Beck as Chief Financial Officer.

RESTON, Va. -- STG, Inc., a leading provider of information technology (IT), engineering, and scientific services support to the U.S. federal government, announced the appointment of Jeffrey R. Beck as Chief Financial Officer. Spanning a 24-year career, Mr. Beck brings an extensive background in all aspects of financial and operations management focused primarily in the government contracting industry. Reporting to COO Phil Foote, Mr. Beck will be responsible for overall leadership of the company's financial and accounting activities, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis and STG's banking and treasury function. Additionally, he will play a key role participating in the company's mergers and acquisitions program.

Mr. Beck's skills and knowledge base span the breadth of infrastructure and operational functions, providing a clear perspective on how these areas interrelate and affect all company stakeholders. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Getronics Government Solutions where he was responsible for leading a $370M information and communications technology company. Mr. Beck served as CFO at Getronics prior to being appointed President. Prior to Getronics, Mr. Beck held the positions of Finance Director at Raytheon Systems Company, where he was responsible for corporate financial planning and was the CFO for the Raytheon subsidiary Standard Missile Company. Mr. Beck also held a number of increasingly responsible financial positions with Lockheed Martin spanning an eleven-year period. Mr. Beck holds a BS in Accounting, a Masters of Business Administration, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
