STATS, Inc., the world's leading sports information provider, and Video Design Software (VDS), the leading developer of software and systems for the automated control of broadcast television systems, today announced the companies will be introducing a broadcast solution called STATS GameTrak(TM) at the National Association of Broadcaster's (NAB) conference April 6-9 in Las Vegas.

STATS GameTrak(TM) is a server/client application that provides television broadcasters with the ability to generate updated real-time sports scores, game schedules and other information from STATS, Inc.'s extensive data feeds via a standard character generator while featuring station and sponsor logos. STATS GameTrak(TM) is inclusive of VDS' proven and mature graphics software already in use with many broadcasters including NBA TV, NFL Sunday Snap and the NHL Channel. The Fox Sports Net regional affiliates are already utilizing STATS GameTrak(TM) for standard lower third displays during most programming as well as enhanced displays with stats and promos during shows such as '54321' and 'Best Damn Sports Show Period!'.

As a turnkey sports scores display solution with vast customization features, STATS GameTrak's(TM) automated display features can also include collegiate team rankings and seedings, as well as game status information including time remaining and quarter/period. Further, the flexibility of the system allows broadcasters the option to manually input local information such as high school sports scores and can be extended to include data from other external feeds providing news, lottery results, weather and stock quotes.

STATS, Inc. will facilitate sales of the STATS GameTrak's(TM) turnkey solution, inclusive of VDS software and STATS' data feeds, with installation, service and support assistance from Video Design Software personnel.
