Byline: Larry Lipson

If you asked Mayor Richard Riordan Richard J. Riordan ran for Governor of California unsuccessfully in 2002.  where to eat before or after attending an event at Staples Center This articlearticle or section has multiple issues:

Of course, there are the fast-food outlets inside the center like McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Panda Express Panda Express is a fast casual restaurant chain serving Americanized Chinese cuisine. It operates mainly inside the United States of America, in shopping malls, supermarkets, airports, train stations, strip plazas, theme parks, and college campuses.  and Camacho's for Mexican food, Franks & Bev's for hot dogs, 11th Street Deli, Wetzel's Pretzels Wetzel's Pretzels is a chain of fast-food restaurants. The first Wetzel's Pretzels location opened in 1994 at the South Bay Galleria, in Redondo Beach, California. Today Wetzel's Pretzels has over 175 locations open in the U.S.  and City View Grill. As for all the dining possibilities near to Staples, when the entire downtown area is considered, there are just too many to list here.

However, there happens to be a number of potentially worthwhile evening eating places close to the center, many of them offering shuttle service.
