SSJ Development unveils plan for Sheepshead Bay.

 has announced plans for the development of 18 loft style apartments in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn Sheepshead Bay is a bay separating the mainland of Brooklyn, New York City from the eastern portion of Coney Island, the latter originally a barrier island but now effectively an extension of the mainland with peninsulas both east (the neighborhood of Manhattan Beach) and west .

The project, called The Riviera at Sheepshead Bay, is the latest in the developer's series of waterfront projects under The Riviera brand in New York New York, state, United States

"We are creating a sleek, open new building and a public waterfront park at the run-down site of a waterfront health club," said Stephen S. Jemal, president of SSJ Development, LLC.

The $15 million investment at 2434 Knapp St. calls for the development of 18 units of loft-style one. two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 s/f.

With floor to ceiling windows that will take in the sweeping waterfront views, professional-grade kitchens, luxurious master bedroom suites with balconies and all modern amenities, each home will provide its residents with an exceptional quality of life.
