At the 2002 Global Client Forum, SSA Global Technologies Inc.(TM) (SSA GT(TM)), a worldwide provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, will begin its second annual user group conference by celebrating significant milestones including an overall increase in customer satisfaction, industry-leading profitability, and the successful acquisition and assimilation of the interBiz product suite from Computer Associates. SSA GT attributes the past year's success to commitment from clients and employees worldwide, a customer-focused product strategy, and a strong business management philosophy.

-   In an SSA GT 2002 customer survey, customer satisfaction jumped
    from 70% to 90% in six months, reflecting a functionally rich
    product suite and the success of SSA GT's global support and
    services program;

-   In addition, customers who would recommend SSA GT to other
    organizations rose from 50% to 90%;

-   SSA GT reorganized the management structure to strengthen ties to
    the growing number of customers worldwide and to facilitate growth
    at the regional level.
