) - SS Pharmaceutical announced on January 26 that it will begin distributing over-the-counter drug BEARBERIX through pharmacies and drugs stores nationwide on February 1.

The new product, which contains an extract of bearberry bearberry, any plant of the northern and alpine genus Arctostaphylos of the family Ericaceae (heath family), especially A. uvaursi, a trailing evergreen sometimes cultivated as a ground cover.  leaves as an active ingredient, helps alleviate urinary symptoms such as discomfort when urinating and a constant urge to urinate urinate /uri·nate/ (u´ri-nat) to discharge urine.
