SPRINGLIKE WEATHER MAKES FINE WEEKEND.

Southern Californians were out in force Saturday in tank tops and T-shirts, packing malls and parks and basking in springlike weather expected to continue through much of the week.

``We couldn't pass up a day like this, we had to come out,'' said Diana Coles of Reseda, sitting on a bench with her 5-year-old granddaughter tossing crackers to the ducks on Balboa Lake.

April Boyle pulled out a long-tucked-away white tank top and pink shorts Saturday for a jog around the lake.

``It really feels like spring,'' said the 22-year-old Reseda resident. ``It definitely makes running more enjoyable.''
