On a beautiful summer evening, the U.S. Junior Team received an exceptional send-off to the World Junior Championships, while the senior athletes who chose to compete in support of the Professional Athletics Association once again enjoyed the incomparable experience of performing at Hayward Field. Without a U of O baseball team, it's Pac-9 and everyone knows who is missing. Are you proud of that, or are you more concerned with growing Autzen even more and building a huge fancy basketball venue? Quit making excuses and get baseball rolling again at the University of Oregon. Oregon State's success should be motivation enough. It can be done if you just will.
