Gatlin can reduce ban by testifying against coach

LONDON - Justin Gatlin Justin Gatlin (born February 10, 1982) is an American sprinter. He is an Olympic gold medalist, with a personal best of 9.77 seconds. He is currently serving an eight-year ban from track and field for testing positive for a banned substance, which he is currently appealing.  could escape a lifetime ban if he testifies against his coach.
