Hall of Fame banquet A banquet is a large public meal or feast, complete with main courses and desserts. It usually serves a purpose, such as a charitable gathering, a ceremony, or a celebration. Sometimes a banquet consists of only desserts, but it is advisable to include main courses as well.  tickets still available

Tickets are still available for the Amateur Softball softball, variant of baseball played with a larger ball on a smaller field. Invented (1888) in Chicago as an indoor game, it was at various times called indoor baseball, mush ball, playground ball, kitten ball, and, because it was also played by women, ladies'  Association's annual Hall of Fame banquet, scheduled 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday Saturday: see week; Sabbath.  in the Adult Activity Center in Springfield.
