Friedberger comes to SPL with more than 30 years experience as a senior financial executive, with strong international skills and experience in enterprise software.

At Insignia Solutions (Nasdaq:INSG) and Micro Focus, he also held the CFO position. He has led the IPOs and/or international market listings for all three companies. Most recently, Friedberger was CFO at MailFrontier, an email security company.
