 SPINNAKER ANNOUNCES TWO MAJOR ADDITIONS TO ITS MANAGEMENT TEAM
 CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Spinnaker Software Corporation (NASDAQ: SPKR) today strengthened its domestic and international sales and marketing teams by appointing Julie L. Wainright as vice president of international sales and marketing, and Jeff D. Martin as director of field sales.

 Prior to joining Spinnaker, Julie Wainright was vice president, international for Power Up Software, where her responsibilities included all sales and marketing activities outside of the United States. Before joining Power Up, she served as group product manager of Software Publishing Corporation, launching the PFS: product line, which is now part of Spinnaker. "It's great to be working with PFS:software again," she said. "Spinnaker's additions and improvements to the PFS: line have positioned them for major successes in the international market. I look forward to fostering a new relationship and re-establishing existing contracts in the worldwide market."
 Before joining Spinnaker, Martin was national distribution sales manager and southwest district sales manager for Aldus Corporation, where he was responsible for the overall management of Aldus' U.S. distributors: Ingram Micro and Merisel/Macamerica, accounting for over 50 percent of Aldus' U.S. revenues.
