SPIKE'S `BLADE' NOT CUTTING-EDGE.

Byline: David Kronke Television Critic

`Blade: The Series,'' offering the continuing adventures of the half-man/half-vampire previously seen in comic books and movies, operates from the ``just-trust-us'' school of storytelling. Rules in this universe are so vaguely stated that just about anything can happen.

Naturally, Blade gets in a lot of dust-ups with evil vampires.

Sometimes his guns work, or they don't. Sometimes Blade and his enemies can fly around; other times, not so much. Usually, his foes are tough, worthy adversaries, until, at least, the fight has made its point and it's time It's Time was a successful political campaign run by the Australian Labor Party (ALP) under Gough Whitlam at the 1972 election in Australia. But ``Blade'' is hardly about acting; it's about swaggering, which is why it seemed odd that an actor of Wesley Snipes' caliber was interested in playing the role not one but three times in films. It's a role, however, that plays to the sweet spot of Kirk ``Sticky'' Jones', um, acting talent.

He mentioned music as an incentive before sex?
