SPIC-AND-SPAN; LANCASTER WASTE MANAGEMENT SEEKS VOLUNTEERS FOR CITYWIDE CLEANUP PROGRAM.LANCASTER - As part of the city's "Lookin' Good Lancaster" program, a citywide cleanup effort will kick off Feb. 26 to target neglected and abused area of the city. Officials are asking for volunteers to get involved in cleaning up as well as identifying areas that could be included in the "Dirty Dozen" areas that will be earmarked for cleanup. Waste Management will support the effort with the placement and collection of bins for the removal of debris.
