Sparks (11-3) update: Lisa Leslie Lisa Leslie (born July 7, 1972 in Gardena, California) is a Women's National Basketball Association player currently playing for the Los Angeles Sparks. One of the original WNBA players, she quickly rose to stardom as one of the league's most top-performing and popular scored a career-high 41 points,
and the Sparks shot 60 percent as a team, as L.A. won its eighth
