PALMDALE - School officials removed a fifth- and sixth-grade teacher from his classroom after a 12-year-old pupil secretly tape recorded his angry remarks.

In a tape provided by the family of Jessica Rosado, the teacher is heard saying, ``I am tired of you not doing any work in this whole class. . . . Enough.'' At another point, he tells one student, ``I'll spit all over you if you don't shut up.''

That comment was to a girl who asked the teacher not to spray saliva when he talked to her, Jessica said.

Jessica said she took the recorder to class at Palmdale Learning Plaza because her parents didn't believe her complaints. She hid it between her legs in class, she said.
