Byline: Anel Laj Staff Writer

It's come down to the fab four, and they're living up to preseason expectations.

The Harvard-Westlake, Westlake, Calabasas and Crespi tennis teams proved worthy of their rankings by reaching today's Southern Section semifinals.

Three of the four local teams reached the semifinals last year, with Westlake and Harvard-Westlake advancing to the finals. Calabasas was the third area team, but it was eliminated by San Luis Obispo San Luis Obispo (săn l`ĭs ōbĭs`pō), city (1990 pop. 41,958), seat of San Luis Obispo co., S Calif., near San Luis Obispo Bay; inc. 1856.  11-7.

Behind No. 1 singles player Nick Weiss, the Coyotes will try to avoid a similar fate. ``They know we got our hands full and know we're playing a tough team,'' Quigley said. ``The guys who have been successful all year won't be intimidated, but they do have respect for them.

``We have to win all the doubles matches, but that's going to be tough. We have pretty good doubles players. I have been relying on them all season and hope they can continue to do well tomorrow and get points.''
