The Scorpions' Jessica Vizents defeated Candace Wu 6-1 and teammate Sonia Landersos beat Wu 6-0. Doubles partners Taylor Parsell and Sandra Rosene defeated Valencia's Sally Tsu and Christine Pai 6-3, and Kristine San Jose San Jose, city, United States San Jose (sănəzā`, săn hōzā`), city (1990 pop. 782,248), seat of Santa Clara co., W central Calif.; founded 1777, inc. 1850. and Allison Clayton beat Helen Nguyen and Evelyn Pham 6-1 for Rio Mesa. ``Honestly, we were really happy to be in the final four,'' Worthington said. ``This season was a building block for the future.
