A lot of mud and heart helped the La Reina La Reina (Spanish: "The queen") is a commune of Chile located in Santiago Province, Santiago Metropolitan Region. Tracy Lansing and Gina Farias-Eisner scored in the first half and Molly Cahan extended the Wolverines lead with a goal in the 49th minute to pace Harvard-Westlake (19-2-4) to a 3-1 victory Tuesday in the second round of the Division IV playoffs at Harvard-Westlake.

Brenna Scanlon scored La Reina's lone goal in the 78th minute on a play started with a free kick. The Regents (13-6-1) were awarded another indirect kick just outside of the box a minute later, but the Wolverines' defense quickly sent the ball to the other end of the field, where it stayed until the conclusion.

In other Division IV action:

< --Chaminade 4, Oak Park 1: Four unanswered goals propelled host Chaminade in a second-round match.

Amy Poyer gave Oak Park (15-8-3) an early 1-0 lead when she scored on a penalty kick.

From then on, though, Chaminade (20-4-4) dominated the match.

Kim Taylor and Lindsey Weeing scored to close out the first half. Taylor's goal came from point-blank range the extent of the apparent right line of a ball discharged.

Chaminade secured its victory on second-half goals from Jessica Kaczoroski and Kelly Lavery. Chaminade's attitude, however, was somber as teammates stressed concern for Kristen Jackson. Jackson, a junior left-midfielder, was admitted to an area hospital Saturday with an unknown illness.

Sophomore Celisse Hayden opened the scoring for the Royals in the 19th minute to stake Louisville to a 1-0 halftime lead.

Hayden finished with two goals and one assist. Jenny Farenbaugh scored the other goal. Goalie Kim Morgan had seven saves, six in the second half.

Goalie Shannon McFadden had ten saves for the Lancers.

In Division I:

< --San Clemente 7, Rio Mesa 0: Rio Mesa only surrendered two second- half goals. Unfortunately for them, the Spartans gave up five in the first half and were soundly beaten by the host Tritons.

In the second half, Norco's Amy Stout converted a penalty kick past Agoura goalie Robin Dowds to take a 1-0 lead. The second goal came on a breakaway by Holli Evans with 5:56 left in the game.

Dowds had 11 saves for the Chargers. Norco goalkeeper Jenny Gilman also had 11 saves.

< --Flintridge Prep 4, Bishop Diego 3: Jenny Rowland had a goal and two assists for the visiting Rebels. Lauren Hartford, Sarah Shelton and Jeanette Finster each added goals and Kate Boswell had six saves for Flintridge Prep.
