Jimmy Perry Jimmy Perry OBE (born 9 September 1923 in Barnes, London) is an English writer and actor, most famous for devising and co-writing the BBC sitcom Dad's Army with David Croft.  and Ryan Jones Ryan Paul Jones (born 13 March 1981 in Newport) is a rugby union player who plays number 8 for the Ospreys and Wales.

He played junior football for Bristol City as a goalkeeper until the age of 14. He took up rugby union at age 16 to be with his friends.
 combined for 200 rushing yards to lead the Cowboys to a 17-0 win over Highland at Canyon. It was the Cowboys' second consecutive nonleague win this season.

Perry, a junior running back, started the game for Canyon (2-0) and was the primary offensive force for either team in the first half. He ran for all 20 of his team's yards on its first possession, but Kevin Morris Kevin Morris is a former Australian rules football player who played in the VFL between 1971 and 1976 for the Richmond Football Club and then from 1977 until 1981 for the Collingwood Football Club.  intercepted a Jason McKeon pass to stop the drive in Highland territory.

After a Bulldogs punt, Canyon drove 81 yards for its first touchdown, a 10-yard run by Perry, which was the only scoring by either team in the first half. The 5-foot-8, 150-pound running back ended the half with 116 yards on the ground, which was more than twice as many yards as Highland had.

The Cowboys started the scoring in the second half with a 22-yard field goal by Pat Terry and then caused a Bulldogs turnover on the ensuing kickoff. Canyon, which began its next possession on the Highland 33, lost the services of Perry when he was knocked out of the game with an injury.

Jones, a sophomore running back, entered the game with the injury to Perry. Jones scored the Cowboys' final touchdown and had runs of 2, 13 and 5 yards in the drive to seal the win for Canyon.

Before leaving the game, Perry rushed for 167 yards on 22 carries and a touchdown. Jones rumbled for 33 yards on six carries, the highlight of which was a 5-yard score.

Morris and Brando McElvaine each had 39 rushing yards for Highland, which drops to 0-2.

Canyon quarterback McKeon rushed for 47 yards.

Todd Senton caught three passes for 108 yards, including an 81-yard touchdown from Oseransky at 7:17 in the fourth quarter, giving Notre Dame its final points after a Chris Nassour two-point conversion In American football and Canadian football, a team may try to score a two-point conversion (score two points) instead of an extra point (one point) immediately after it scores a touchdown. .

Burroughs quarterback Joe Kroells completed 8 of 19 passes for 149 yards with two interceptions.

Lancaster 45, Sultana 14: Sparked by Jimmy Richards' two second-half sacks and a fumble return for a touchdown, the Eagles (2-0) won a nonleague game over the host Sultans (0-2).

Senior Daniel Pagnella gained 98 yards on eight carries to lead the running attack that amassed 254 yards.

Gary Lu rushed for 47 yards and a 12-yard touchdown run that was set up by Pagnella's 66-yard run.

Sultana's lone bright spot was receiver Justin Dale, who scored both touchdowns and caught seven passes for 179 yards.

Paraclete 33, Serrano 28: Quarterback Robbie Fockaert wound up with 401 yards passing and three touchdowns as the Spirits' air power outlasted the ground assault of Serrano at Antelope Valley College Antelope Valley College is a comprehensive community college located in Lancaster, California, USA. Serrano, which finished with 354 yards rushing, scored on its first two drives before Paraclete's offense kicked in.

Fockaert brought the Spirits back with a 46-yard scoring strike to Michael Washington and a 70-yard touchdown pass to Tommy Breech breech (brech) the buttocks.

The Spirits came back with Fockaert's third touchdown pass of the night, but the PAT failed. But Maggio's 1-yard run with 3:17 left gave the Diamondbacks a 28-27 advantage.

Fockaert brought Paraclete (2-0) back with four straight completions for 87 yards, capped by his 1-yard touchdown run with 1:47 to play.

Palmdale 14, Kennedy 7: Senior defensive end Anthony Diggs of Palmdale recorded his third sack of the game with two seconds remaining to stop a late Kennedy rally.

The Cougars (1-1) had driven 36 yards to the Falcons (2-0) 14-yard line, following a key interception by David Burney.

Palmdale scored on a 45-yard second-quarter touchdown pass from Johnathon Thompson to Darryl Murphy and a 16-yard run by Diggs. Kennedy's lone score was a second-quarter 6-yard run by Burney.

Thompson was 3 of 6 for 78 yards passing and had 11 carries for 85 yards to lead Palmdale. Kennedy quarterback Ruben Zaragoza was 15 of 24 for 128 yards.

Kennedy committed eight penalties for 93 yards, two of which prevented in touchdowns for the Cougars.

Littlerock 21, Hesperia 9: Rodney Woods scored three touchdowns, including two in the second quarter, as the Lobos improved to 2-0 with a win at Sultana.

Woods' first scored on a 22-yard run to give the Lobos the lead. His interception of Hesperia quarterback Matt Green set up his second score, a 6-yard run. Woods picked up were he left off in the third quarter, scoring on a 2-yard run, and finished with 58 yards rushing.

Montclair Prep 43, Diamond Ranch 0: The Mounties' dominating running game accumulated 297 yards and five touchdowns en route to their first victory of the season at Valley College on Friday.

Gary Sonker rushed for 183 yards and scored two touchdowns, including the first of the game, a 6-yard run.

Junior Jerome Deniss scored the first two touchdowns of the second quarter on runs of 1 and 4 yards. Deniss left the game after injuring his leg late in the third quarter.

The Tigers' first score was set up by a 27-yard punt return to the Hoover 6 by T.J. Hernandez. Alexander scored two plays later with 5:14 left in the game.

The Tigers (2-0) scored their second touchdown on an 8-yard run by In Soo Hwang with 56 seconds left in the game. Hwang led all rushers with 80 yards on 16 carries.

The Tornadoes (0-2) had few scoring opportunities, never getting closer than the South Pasadena 33. Jason Young rushed for 46 yards for Hoover, and Daniel Shepard passed for 54 yards.

Mojave 28, L.A. Baptist 27: Running back Derek Suguitan rushed for 85 yards and two touchdowns on runs on 7 and 20 yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome seven turnovers by the Knights in a nonleague loss at Mojave High.

Quarterback Scott Swenson completed 12 of 27 passes for 137 yards, a touchdown and five interceptions. A 14-yard scoring pass to Garrett Ellis early in the third quarter cut the Mustangs' lead to 21-14.

The Knights overcame the early 21-0 deficit in the third quarter on the second touchdown by Suguitan.
