Besides an injury to a star player, nothing ruins a high school girls' basketball team's chances in the playoffs more than youth. Hart has had to deal with both this month.

The Indians start freshman Ashlee Trebilcock and sophomore Brandi Kimble, and junior guard Amanda Patton is recovering from a dislocated shoulder A dislocated shoulder occurs when the humerus separates from the scapula at the glenohumeral joint. As the most maneuverable joint in the human body, the shoulder is the joint most vulnerable to dislocation. , but Hart needs only to beat Westminster tonight at Ocean View High (in Huntington Beach Huntington Beach, city (1990 pop. 181,519), Orange co., S Calif., on the Pacific coast, across from Santa Catalina Island, in an oil-producing area; inc. 1909. Kimble scored a career-high 28 points in Hart's quarterfinal victory over J.W. North of Riverside, and Trebilcock has provided strong play at point guard. Patton, not yet at 100 percent, scored 10 points in the quarterfinal victory.

``We went 30-4 in the summer and those girls have played a lot of club basketball, so it's a lot easier than it used to be for younger players,'' Hart coach Dave Munroe said. ``Everybody is going to be nervous, but once the ball goes in the air, it's just another game.''

team that the Indians should match up well against because of the strong backcourt play of Patton and Trebilcock and the versatility of Kimble.

``J.W. North was a very athletic team and we don't think Westminster is any more athletic, but they play very well as a team,'' Munroe said. ``We need to match their intensity.''

Three other local teams have already reached section finals. In Division IV-A, Montclair Prep of Van Nuys will go for its second consecutive championship when the third-seeded Mounties play unseeded Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Montebello.

In Division V-AA, third-seeded Hillcrest Christian of Granada Hills plays top-seeded Rolling Hills Rolling hills are like a mountain chain, only a "hill chain" of hills that roll on and on continually. In the City Section, third-seeded Chatsworth plays top-seeded and nationally ranked Narbonne of Harbor City, a rematch REMATCH Cardiology Clinical trials–Randomized Evaluation of Mechanical Assistance Therapy as an alternative in Congestive Heart failure–related to use of a portable, electric left ventricular-assist system–LVAS–eg, HeartMate®  of a semifinal game from two years ago that the Gauchos won easily. Narbonne has averaged 78.5 points this season and given up 30.3 points per game.
