 SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON, EL CAMINO COLLEGE
 ANNOUNCE 'EARLY START' PROGRAM
 WHAT: Southern California Edison, in partnership with El Camino
 College is announcing Edison's new "Early Start" program.
 Early Start, an Edison-funded educational program, offers
 academic and personal enrichment for "at-risk" students in
 the Inglewood and Centinela Valley School Districts.
 WHEN: Feb. 20
 8-9:30 a.m.
 WHERE: El Camino College
 Cafeteria

 Redondo Beach Boulevards)

 BACKGROUND:
 Edison and El Camino College teamed-up to assist "at-risk"
 students by creating the Early Start program. Edison is
 funding the program with a grant which will support Early Start
 for two years.
