Three years after the bland pop barnstormer ``Cry,'' the eclectic ``Fireflies'' spotlights good Nashville songwriting, adds a little Latin spice and, thankfully, sees Hill toning down the histrionics. Longtime fans and country radio programmers, if few others, will find much to celebrate.
