Piano trios don't get any better than this. - Glenn Whipp RALPHI ROSARIO: ``Cassagrande Club Presents'' (Metropol) - Three stars For more than 20 years, Chicago house maestro Rosario has been burning up dance floors with his trademark beats; his latest remix, ``What're You Gonna Do,'' by Alyson, is a current club favorite. Blitzkriegs of progressive and tribal beats, Rosario's sets could make the dead dance and this double dose is a perfect example. Disc one is more mainstream and commercial, but there's still enough of an edge to please deeper fans. Peace Division's ``Feel It'' and Rosario's mix of ``I Hear the Music'' are crowd pleasers. On the second disc, Ralphi breaks out the after-hours tracks, highlighted by ``Sounds So Good.''
