SOPHISTICATED CHART PLOTTING SOFTWARE INCORPORATES REAL-TIME EXCHANGE WITH NAVIGATION ELECTRONICS.

Powerful, easy-to-use new software from Raymarine is now available for the personal computer that goes far beyond traditional chart plotting functions. RayTech Navigator Version 4.0 seamlessly integrates onboard instruments including live Pathfinder radar overlay, with planning and environmental data becoming the intelligence hub of your boat.

Supporting the most popular chart formats including C-Map and CD-ROM, plus access to advanced weather services, satellite images and aerial photos, a boater using RayTech Navigator v 4.0, actually can see where they are going, through a full screen, split screen or overlay mode, giving the skipper more choice and flexibility and better decision-making.

"There is no question, RayTech will make you a better navigator, sailor or fisherman," says Louis Chemi, software product manager for Raymarine. "On board, at home, even in the office, this PC-based software defines user- friendly. You can be an active boater involved in planning long before you get on board, or plan as you go at sea."

This highly intuitive software takes full advantage of Raymarine's high- speed bus2 (hsb2), the next generation, multi-station, high-speed navigation network. Now, multiple displays, including a PC, can be daisy chained together via the hsb2 link to provide unparalleled integration with up to 10 separate on-board electronic devices. Fully compatible with existing Sea Talk and NMEA enabled electronics, your PC can be a fully functional radar or sonar station. You can overlay radar data on seamless raster, vector or photo charts, and exchange routes/waypoints with connected hardware.

RayTech Navigator is available with two specialized, upgrade versions, RayTech Fishing Pro and RayTech Sail Racer, both designed to optimize planning and analysis. Additional features are available online at www.raymarine.com.
