SOME SOAP FANS FAIL TO SEPARATE FACT FROM FICTION.

Some fans get so caught up in television stories, they associate with the character rather than the celebrity.

One classic story focuses on Erica Kane, the "All My Children" vamp portrayed by Susan Lucci Susan Victoria Lucci (born December 23 1946) is a Daytime Emmy Award-winning American actress. Lucci has been called "Daytime's Leading Lady" by TV Guide. Early life
