SOME PARKING TIPS FOR TODAY'S BIG GAME.

With a crowd of nearly 90,000 expected today for the USC-UCLA game, Rose Bowl officials are recommending fans park in the Parsons Parsons, city (1990 pop. 11,924), Labette co., SE Kans.; inc. 1871.
