For women, the best states in which to earn a living, enjoy full health and well-being, participate in the political process or have their reproductive rights Reproductive rights or procreative liberty is what supporters view as human rights in areas of sexual reproduction. Advocates of reproductive rights support the right to control one's reproductive functions, such as the rights to reproduce (such as opposition to forced  safeguarded are Vermont and Connecticut, according to the Institute for Women's Policy Research The Institute for Women's Policy Research (IWPR) conducts and disseminates research that addresses the needs of women, promotes public dialogue, and strengthens families, communities, and societies. . The institute recently surveyed all 50 states and the District of Columbia District of Columbia, federal district (2000 pop. 572,059, a 5.7% decrease in population since the 1990 census), 69 sq mi (179 sq km), on the east bank of the Potomac River, coextensive with the city of Washington, D.C. (the capital of the United States).  to measure social and political indicators as they apply to females. But "women have not achieved equality with men in any state..." the report said. Next on top of the list are Washington state, Hawaii, Colorado, Minnesota, New Hampshire New Hampshire, one of the New England states of the NE United States. It is bordered by Massachusetts (S), Vermont, with the Connecticut R. forming the boundary (W), the Canadian province of Quebec (NW), and Maine and a short strip of the Atlantic Ocean (E).  and Alaska. The bottom state was Mississippi.
