Software Dynamics Software Dynamics is a software development house, founded in 1987. They helped create the screen saver genre with #1 shareware Magic ScreenSaver and its successor, #1 selling commercial application After Dark for Windows, one of the most popular utilities ever made. , a banking industry software developer, plans to move its operations from Chatsworth to West Hills by August.

The company said Monday it has signed a 10-year agreement to lease 30,000 square feet at the West Hills Corporate Village, a campus-style corporate park by Fallbrook Avenue and Roscoe Boulevard.

The company will join Sterling Software, which signed a lease for 135,000 square feet. Developers Regent Properties and Shamrock Holdings Shamrock Holdings is the firm founded as the Roy E. Disney family investment firm and the Disney family remains a key investor. Roy is its chairman, and Stanley Gold its President/CEO. Boeing Co. is another occupant of the 600,000-square-foot corporate park. About 335,000 square feet have been leased since the park opened last fall.

The 30-acre West Hills Corporate Village is a joint venture of Beverly Hills-based Regent and Shamrock of Burbank.

The partners spent $25 million crafting the park and renovating existing buildings at the former missile plant of the Hughes Aircraft Hughes Aircraft Company was a major aerospace and defense company founded by Howard Hughes. The group was based near Ballona Creek, in Culver City, California, USA, on the Pacific Coast.

Hughes Aircraft was acquired by General Motors in 1985.
