SOFTBALL PLAYOFFS.

QUARTER FINALS

All games at 3:15 p.m.

DIVISION I

Outlook: Camarillo faces Division II's fourth seed in Los Alamitos, but the Scorpions aren't considered underdogs. Not the way Kathryn Nevard is pitching. The senior, headed to Illinois next season, stifled Highland in a 1-0 win on Tuesday.

Keep an eye on: Nevard. She has 31 strikeouts, two hits allowed and one perfect game in two playoff victories. Los Alamitos figures to be a tough opponent, however, even though the Griffins needed a sixth-inning RBI RBI
