SOCCER TEAM'S WINNINGEST SEASON ENDED IN PLAYOFFS.

Highland High School's girls' soccer team ended the season with a 16-6-3 record, 9-0-1 in the Golden League. This was the first year the Bulldogs won the Golden League and went to the playoffs.

Junior goalie Rachelle Globig had 10 shutouts and freshman Meghan Stewart added four shutouts for the Bulldogs. ``Both of my goalies played extremely well this year. That will be one less worry for me next year to have two goalies returning,'' Ferguson said.

``Our team worked well together. I've never had a team that worked hard and pulled for each other the way this team did. I feel that was the key to our success,'' he said.
