Valencia defeated Santa Barbara in five games in a nonleague match March 16. The Dons earned a measure of revenge by sweeping the Vikings in the Santa Barbara Tournament of Champions on April 23. ``This is the fun part of the season,'' Valencia coach Mark Knudsen said. ``When the (previous) season is over, you wait nine months to build back up to this point. We're looking forward to playing Santa Barbara again. We were disappointed the last time we played them and we're hoping we don't feel that same disappointment again.''
