SNOOP DOGG AND SLASH PERFORM FOR CHARITY

Rapper SNOOP DOGG took to the stage to perform with rock legend SLASH at a Los Angeles charity event hosted by BLACK EYED PEAS on Thursday (07Feb08).

The concert also saw Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie joined by the former Guns 'N Roses guitarist for her solo set, as well as rapper Ludacris for her hit song Glamorous.

But the evening's most memorable performance was the collaboration between Slash and Snoop Dogg, with the unlikely pair receiving a standing ovation from the audience.

Snoop said, "My kids love Slash - they be playing (music video game) Guitar Hero."

Proceeds from the annual event went to the Black Eyed Peas' Peapod Foundation, benefiting underprivileged children.
