SNL Acquires Property Option.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- SNL Enterprises Ltd. ("SNL")(TSX VENTURE:SNL) has entered into an Agreement to obtain an option to acquire a 50% interest in a group of five mineral claims located in the Skeena Mining Division in the Province of British Columbia. In order to obtain a 50% interest in the property, the Corporation is required to pay $150,000 upon regulatory approval, and a further $50,000 in one year, issue 500,000 shares upon regulatory approval and a further 200,000 shares in one year, expend $150,000 on the property by April 5, 2006 and expend a further $125,000 by April 5, 2007. The Optionor will retain 3% net smelter return interest in the property. A finder's fee of $31,000 will be paid in cash. This agreement remains subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The acquired claims are contiguous and comprise an area of 2,388 hectares located approximately 6 kilometres south of Alice Arm and two kilometres east of the Kitsault Mine, a major producer of molybdenum between 1967 and 1972. One of the optioned tenures contains the Roundy Creek deposit which has been extensively explored in the past resulting in the definition of three lense like zones of molybdenite mineralization. The Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Special Volume 15 (1976), page 467, reports the Roundy Creek deposit having a mineral inventory of 7.0 million tons of indicated molybdenum grading 0.06 per cent (grade given as 0.11 per cent MoS2 with conversion to Mo using a factor of 1.6681).
