This is a totally new year.'' And this year, Snider has a totally new role. Out of necessity, Snider has had to emerge as the Eagles' floor leader. It's a role he hasn't had since playing youth ball more than six years ago and one which hasn't come automatically to him, given his low-key demeanor The outward physical behavior and appearance of a person. However, it's a role he's embraced. ``I like it because it gives me a chance to do more and be more of the leader,'' Snider said. ``Last year I was just kind of in the background with the older guys above me.'' A 6-foot senior forward, Snider is one of the team's best shooters and does the little things that help his team win, from hustling hustling Medical practice The illegal soliciting of victims of accidents or dread disease, to provide them with services; after being hustled, the Pt's insurance company is usually billed for office visits and treatment. McDaniel said, ``but what he does on the court speaks loud, and we just feed off of that.'' Lancaster coach Jesse Parker is pleased with how Snider has handled his leadership role, and he's encouraged Snider to become more vocal. ``He's coming around,'' Parker said. ``He's starting to voice his opinion more, and he's letting guys know when he's happy and when he's not happy with the way things are going.'' With Snider's new responsibilities has come added pressure. And that's fine with him. ``Pressure is a good because it makes you want to do well,'' he said. ``You don't want to settle for playing poorly because you have this pressure on you to do well, so I think it's a good thing.''
