Each instructor will teach half- and full-day courses on MEMS (MicroElectroMechanical Systems) Tiny mechanical devices that are built onto semiconductor chips and are measured in micrometers. The courses are designed for industry professionals involved in design, process and test; quality manufacturing engineers; operators and technicians; sales, marketing, management and purchasing staff; and IC fabricators, technologists, new product developers and systems designers.
